-Lump Sum General Contract

DEVLAN excels in the role of the "constructor"; and has a track record of constructing quality projects, being attentive to both design details and scheduling needs, tendering competitively, and providing outstanding service to its clients during construction, commissioning, and after the project is completed.

-Design-Build

DEVLAN is recognized as being a quality and innovative Design-Build contractor, providing single source responsibility for comprehensive design, procurement, and construction services.

-Project and Construction Management

Project design, approvals, and construction can be "fast tracked" by the Project and Construction Management methods decreasing the overall time for the owner to ocupy its facilities, ulimately saving cost. DEVLAN's professional project managers and site-superintendents work cooperatively with the owner and design professionals to complete the project on time, within budget, and to the owner's satisfaction. In order to simplify the ownder's cost control over this process, DEVLAN will provide a "not to exceed budget" early in the design stage, and upon completion of the design and tender stages will enter into a lump sum cost contract for the entire project.

-Build - to - Lease

DEVLAN offers the benefits of both leasing the facility and completing the design and construction based on any of the above contractual approaches. DEVLAN has completed several successful "Build-to-Lease" projects.
