Lump Sum General Contract

Design-Build
DEVLAN is recognized as being a quality and innovative design-build contractor, providing single source responsibility for comprehensive design, procurement, and construction services.
Project and Construction Management
DEVLAN's professional project managers and site-superintendents work cooperatively with the owner and design professionals to complete the project on time, within budget, and to the owner's satisfaction. In order to simplify the owner's cost control over this process, DEVLAN can provide a not-to-exceed budget early in the design stage, and upon completion of the design and tender stages will enter into a lump sum cost contract for the entire project.
